When accessing DAT Rateview from Firefox, some users may encounter a problem when attempting to download a multilane file . Specifically, clicking the Download link does not trigger any action. This issue typically arises due to Firefox's pop-up blocking feature.
To resolve this issue:
- Allow Pop-ups from RateView:
- Open Firefox and click on the menu button (≡) located at the top-right corner of the browser.
- Select Settings from the drop-down menu.
- Navigate to the Privacy & Security section by scrolling down or using the panel on the left.
- Locate the Permissions area and find the Block pop-up windows option.
- Click on Exceptions… next to the Block pop-up windows checkbox.
- In the Address of website field, enter
https://rateview.dat.com.
- Press the Allow button to add RateView to the exceptions list, allowing pop-ups from this site.
- Confirm by clicking Save Changes and close the Settings tab.
- Refresh RateView:
- Return to the tab where RateView is open.
