Market Rates in the load boards are a more general, less precise version of the broker to carrier spot rates and the shipper to carrier contract rates with less supporting information.

Broker-to-Carrier Spot Rates with a Load Board only subscription, the shortest time used to calculate a rate is 90 days and the smallest area is an Expanded Market.

This rate does not capture recent market and seasonal changes or show differences in rates between adjoining areas. RateView subscriptions are available that provide rates based on as little as 7 Days data and areas as small as 3-Digit ZIP Codes.

Shipper-to-Carrier Contract Rates are included in higher levels of the Load Board but they do not include Area and Timeframe, the number of records, the number of companies contributing t the rate, or the history.
