Occasionally, after uploading and submitting a multi-lane file in Rateview, you may notice that the download button is missing.

To fix this issue, you can simply zoom out on your browser:

On Chrome: Click the three dots ( ⠇) in the upper right-hand corner, and use ( - ) button to zoom out
On Firefox: Click the three lines ( ≡ ) in the upper right-hand corner,and use button to zoom out
On Safari: Click on View, and Zoom Out. Or you can simply press ( ⌘ ) and (-)
On Microsoft Edge: Click the three lines ( ≡ )in the upper right-hand corner, and use ( - ) button to zoom out

Note: You only need to zoom out till you find the right breakpoint for the page where the download button is showing. If this does not work, you can try refreshing your page.
