What are the statuses in the RFP Tool?

 PRICED - Indicates that all lanes in the RFP have been priced and the total buy and sell rates determined.

PRICING - Indicates that some lanes in the RFP have been priced already where others have not.

PENDING - Indicates that no lanes in the RFP have been priced yet.
